Signature Setups

BHS   (Blue Halo Special)    $375

For those you enjoy big open loops and unmatched durability, this one is for you. We are very proud to offer custom Blue Halo rods in a variety of weights and colors. We are firm believers in these rods and we have a heavy arsenal in our personal collection.  If you are on the fence please give us a call so we can talk, you won't regret going with glass.

DAM Good Fly    $375

Our DAM Good Fly rod signature setup uses a Temple Fork Outfitters blank (BVK, Mangroove or Pro II series available) in 4 -10 weight. We also use snake eye guides and a 7" wells style cork handle with reel seat.

Steelie 98    $425

Designed with the steelheader in mind, we start with a 9' 8wt TFO rod blank and use up-sized single-foot spinning rod guides designed for the true North Shore fisherperson. The up-sized guide rings help reduce freeze ups on those cold early spring or late fall trips when the temp falls below freezing. Looking down, we use a full 11-inch, two handed switch rod handle instead of the standard 7.5 inch wells or half wells, finished off with a fighting butt.  The longer handle provides better control when hooking up with big fish in fast water, and all together you have a true custom Great Lakes rod.
